First Contact

Contact is made starting from our Lead & Account Management team or starting from you via our homepage.

First Conversation

The first meeting serves to get to know each other and to introduce ourselves. We would be happy to visit you at your headquarters.

Project Contract

In case of interest in a cooperation, the initial situation, project goals and contents are defined within the scope of a project application. If the project is approved by ESB Student Consulting e. V., an individual project contract will be established.

Project Staffing

The project you envisage in the project contract will be presented at the semi-annual kick-off presentation of ESB Student Consulting e. V.. This is followed by the application phase for our consultants, which is followed by the selection of suitable project members based on professional competence, experience and commitment. Furthermore, two project leaders are appointed, who lead the team of 5-7 consultants and maintain contact with your company.

Project Realization

Subsequently, the project work starts, whereby our consultants are constantly supervised and supported by the board of directors. Furthermore, experts such as professors or alumni can be consulted to guarantee the smooth running of the project. Of course, each consultant is bound to secrecy. Upon request, we will be happy to present our interim results to keep you up to date.

Project Completion

At the end of the project working time, the consulting team presents its elaborated results and shows improvement potentials with concrete solution proposals. If there is interest, there is the possibility of a follow-up project.
