ESB Student Consulting e.V.

ESB Student Consulting e.V. is the student consultancy of ESB Business School. School and was founded in 2009. Over the past few years, numerous projects in Cooperation with non-profit organizations and associations, as well as start-ups and established business enterprises. The service portfolio ranges from market research to process optimization through to strategy development.

- Our club structure

We work both on external company projects and on the internal development of the association in the departments.

As the first point of contact for interested companies, this department deals with project acquisition and customer relationship management, among other things.
The task of this department is the financial and legal administration of the association. This includes, for example, controlling income and expenditure and processing donations.
This department focuses on the smooth running of internal and external processes and the management of the IT infrastructure. Club members can also find support for technical problems here.
This department deals with the representation of the association and its activities in public. Marketing strategies and merchandise items for club members are also designed here.
The HR department cultivates the club atmosphere and looks after the club's members. This is where the membership database is created and maintained, internal association events are organized and alumni management is handled.
